Remote Customer Service Representative - Level 1

Pay: $22/hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 10:30 AM - 7:00 PM
Type: Temp-to-hire (4-6 months on contract)

Job Overview

A leading healthcare technology provider is seeking a Remote Customer Service Representative to join their team. This role involves high-volume inbound calls, order processing, and customer support for medical professionals. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and thrive in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle ~72 inbound calls/day
  • Process orders for products and services
  • Provide order status updates and resolve inquiries
  • Communicate via phone, email, and chat
  • Update customer records in CRM and ERP systems
  • Notify customers of out-of-stock items
  • Participate in training and occasional overtime

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 2-3 years of call center customer service experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask across systems while on calls
  • Experience with Salesforce, Outlook, Word, and Excel preferred
  • B2B customer service experience is a plus
  • Must have a quiet workspace and reliable internet
  • Must be able to work training schedule M-F 8 to 4:30
